(iv) The Nativity Certificate for Tamil Nadu should only be issued by the authorized body, using the prescribed format available in the application form. It should be supported by a copy of the Passport/Ration Card/Birth Certificate. Failure to provide a copy of the supporting document will result in the rejection of the application. Nativity Certificates submitted at a later stage will be summarily rejected.

The duration of study for both the Diploma in Integrated Pharmacy (D.I.P) and Diploma in Nursing Therapy (D.N.T) courses is 2 1/2 years, including a compulsory non-stipendiary rotational internship training of six months at various hospitals under the Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy Department. Students are responsible for making their own arrangements for accommodation during the study and training period.
