Among the many career opportunities offered by aviation, a commercial pilot has the most attractive and fulfilling work. Despite being pricey, the training will ensure a high-paying position in aviation and related fields. Physics and math are required for commercial pilot training in India after the 12th grade, and the program includes both practical instruction and theoretical topics. Successful candidates will receive their CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence).

A valid private pilot certificate with an instrument rating is required, or the student must be concurrently enrolled in a course for the instrument rating, in addition to reading, speaking, writing, and understanding the English language and meeting the physical requirements for a second-class medical certificate. Before completing the Commercial Pilot Certification course, the student is required to pass the practical test for the instrument rating.

How can I become a commercial pilot after 12th grade?

Candidates must have received at least 50% on their 12th-grade exam.

A bachelor's degree in aviation, aeronautical engineering, or a closely related discipline is required to become a commercial pilot.

Higher authorities will check the candidate's health as part of the selection process.

A commercial pilot must be in good physical and mental health. Candidates shouldn't have any serious physical illnesses, and they shouldn't have any mental illnesses or a history of them.
