AILET Eligibility Criteria 2023

What is AILET?


For admission to undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral level legal programs, National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) administers the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET). This is a national-level entrance examination specifically for NLU Delhi's legal programs. The test is administered using pen and paper from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.

BA LLB (Hons)

10+2 or equivalent examination with least 45% aggregate marks (40% in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities)
Candidates sitting for their 10+2 exam may also apply

LLM

LLB or equivalent degree with least 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities)
Candidates studying for their final year LLB test are also eligible to apply

PhD

LL.M. or an equivalent legal degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities).
