Every year, around 4 lakh students sit the Kerala SSLC board test. Kerala Board held offline exams last year when most boards did not hold exams. Despite the inconvenience, 99.47 percent of students who took the exam passed. This was an increase from the previous year when 98.8% of pupils passed the exam.
In 2021, a total of 1,21,318 students received an A+ in all disciplines. This represents an increase from 2020 when 41,906 students received A+ grades in all subjects. It will be interesting to see if Kerala can better last year's performance.
In order to pass the SSLC exams, students must get at least 33% on each exam as well as overall. Students must get a score of 90 or above to receive an A+.
