Option Entry (priority of options) for qualified candidates will take place from January 11th to January 13th, 2022. (After 4:00 PM)

The results of the simulated allotment will be published on January 14, 2022. (After 4:00 PM)

The deadline for qualified applicants to amend their choice entry is January 15, 2022. (10:00 AM) Until the 17th of January 2022 (Up to 11 am)

The first-round genuine seat allotment outcome will be published on January 18, 2022. (After 11 AM)

Karnataka Counselling Schedule 2022 - Rank by Rank

The aforementioned timetable will be followed for document verification for qualified PGCET-2021 applicants seeking admission to MBA, MCA, M.E., M.Tech, and M.Arch. programs. All of the candidate's documents will be verified at the same time for all of the fields in which he or she is qualified.

Document verification will take place in Bangalore, Mysore, Ballary, Belagavi, Kalburgi, Shimoga, Mangalore, Bijapur, Dharwad, and Davangere. For a complete list of Helpline centers, see http://kea.kar.nic.in.

If a candidate has numerous ranks, he or she can come to the Helpline Centre on the specified day for his or her top rank in any field, and he or she will not need to come back for other ranks in other disciplines.



Candidates in the General Merit, Reserved, and Special categories can travel to any helpline center to get their documents verified according to the timetable. Non-Karnataka applicants, GATE qualified candidates, Sponsored Quota candidates, and Part-Time Quota candidates, on the other hand, shall only attend the document verification at Bangalore center if their rankings need it.



When candidates come to the Helpline Centre for document verification, they must bring all relevant papers in ORIGINAL along with ONE set of Gazetted Officer attested photocopies of all original documents and two passport size pictures.

If a candidate fails to present any original papers, certificates, or mark cards on the day of verification, their documents will not be validated, and they will not be able to exercise their options.

Seat Allotment for the Karnataka PGCET in 2022

The Karnataka Examinations Authority is conducting online seat allotment for MBA, MCA, M.E., M.Tech, and M.Arch programs by gathering options from CET Rank holders. On the basis of the seat matrix released by the government, seats will be allocated based on merit and the priority of alternatives entered by candidates.
