The deadline for uploading class IX and class XI students' registration data for the academic year 2021-22 has been extended by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
The CBSE Board extended the deadline to upload the students' registration data when some schools and parents notified the board of the problems they faced while completing the registration process due to the prevailing conditions.
However, the students in grades IX and XI who have not yet uploaded their data for the academic session 2021–22 can do it at the earliest by paying the standard fees. They have till January 7 to 14, 2022, to upload the registration data together with the late fee.
Other terms and conditions involving the uploading of students' registration data will remain intact, according to the Board. The CBSE has instructed all schools to complete the registration process as soon as possible and according to the revised timeline.
How to Sign Up for CBSE Class IX & XI Session 2022?
Follow the steps below to register CBSE Class 9 and 11 students' information for the academic year 2021–22.
Step 1: Go to CBSE.nic.in, the CBSE's official website.
Step 2: On the home page, click on Class 9, 11 sessions, and then input the number of sections and students.
Step 3: Update the details, such as principal name, phone number, and others, and enter the information requested in the spreadsheet file, then select the option to upload the excel file.
Step 4: Complete the data and pay the fees, then print a copy of the final list of registered students.
It should be emphasized that when the final list is generated, no more additions, deletions, or modifications to the data can be made.
Uploading Students' Data & Fee Payment for CBSE Class IX & XI Session 2022
According to the CBSE statement, if students' information is input and finalized on or before January 2, 2022, the school has until January 6, 2022, to pay the charge without incurring a late fee. A late fee will be charged after that. If the data is finalized on January 3, the school can pay the charge without incurring a late fee until January 7, 2022. A late fee will be charged after that.
Similarly, if students' information is input and finalized on January 6, 2022, the school has until January 10, 2022, to pay the charge without incurring a late fee. A late fee will be charged after that.
It should be noted that if the students' registration information is not completed by January 6, a late fee will be charged. Only after the data has been finalized is the time window of 4 hours open for depositing fees. Following the entry/upload of students' registration data, data finalization is a process.
